Vicki Sasso - Founder

Seasoned Models was founded by Vicki Sasso, a longtime industry professional with more than 30 years of experience in the modeling business. Vicki previously owned and operated Gramercy Models from 1996 to 2021, building a respected agency and working with major brands, casting directors, designers, and production companies throughout her career.

After closing Gramercy Models, Vicki briefly explored other passions, including real estate and working with a boutique modeling agency. While the experience was rewarding, it ultimately reaffirmed where her heart truly belonged — in the modeling industry.

In March 2024, she launched Seasoned Models, a brand dedicated to celebrating the beauty, confidence, and power of aging. Vicki created the agency with one clear mission: to show that modeling does not have an expiration date.

Seasoned Models specializes in representing talent age 40 and above, embracing authenticity, individuality, and the natural beauty that comes with experience. The agency focuses on commercial print, lifestyle, and real-world campaigns, with a touch of fashion.

Throughout her career, Vicki has worked with well-known brands including Target, Macy’s, Burlington, Kohl’s, Paula’s Choice, and many others. Her talent has also appeared in major publications, including a cover for The New York Times.

Seasoned Models operates with three divisions:

  • Seasoned Models - the core division representing talent age 40+
  • SM2 - a select group of models ages 18-28
  • SMFit - fit talent of all ages and sizes

At its core, Seasoned Models is about embracing who you are at every stage of life. Vicki believes that beauty is not defined by age — it is defined by confidence, authenticity, and the stories we carry with us.
